Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Teach thirty (30) credit hours per academic year in the assigned discipline.
• Offer courses in lecture, hybrid, and online formats; day and evening classes.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and provide student support, mentoring, and advising.
• Develop curriculum and update instructional materials.
• Assist with program reviews and accreditation activities.
• Plan and execute program-related events.
• Attend workshops, trainings, and professional conferences to maintain currency in the field.
