Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 30 credit hours per academic year across the assigned discipline.
• Offer courses in lecture, hybrid, and online formats.
• Develop syllabi and reading lists and keep courses up to date.
• Provide student mentoring, advising, and support.
• Participate in program reviews and accreditation activities.
• Attend workshops and conferences to stay current in the field.
