EGOS TEES AND PRINTS is hiring an on-site, part-time Graphic Design Customer Service Assistant to support a Miami-area print shop in Kendall, FL. This role blends customer interaction with basic design and production support, helping orders move forward from first request to timeline coordination.

The position is based in person and typically runs Monday to Friday, about 11:00am to 5:00pm for approximately 30 to 35 hours per week. Pay is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Greet walk-in customers and document their needs to create quotes and process orders
• Respond to client emails and phone calls
• Track order progress and organize timelines for jobs to be made
• Provide basic print and design support using Photoshop and Illustrator as needed for order workflows

Skills and experience needed

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, including resizing artwork, typing, changing fonts, moving items, cropping, and saving files (no new artwork or graphics creation)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
• Comfort working under deadlines while handling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Organized, independent work style with strong multitasking ability
• Spanish and English for communication with clients and coworkers, since coordination is a key part of the role
