Job summary

EGOS TEES AND PRINTS is seeking a part-time, on-site Graphic Design Customer Service Assistant in Kendall, FL. The role blends client interaction with basic design tasks and production support to move orders from initial request to timeline coordination.

The position runs Monday to Friday, about 11:00am to 5:00pm (approximately 30–35 hours per week) and pays $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Candidates should be comfortable working in person and coordinating with a small team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; no new artwork creation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Comfort under deadlines with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Organized, independent work style with strong multitasking ability.
• Bilingual Spanish and English for client and coworker communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and document needs to create quotes and process orders.
• Respond to client emails and phone calls.
• Track order progress and organize timelines for jobs.
