Job summary

VIDI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Graphics Coordinator to join its Marketing team in New York City. You’ll help produce print and digital materials—books, proposals, presentations, project sheets, and award submissions—working closely with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager.

You’ll also create social media graphics, photograph office events, and help keep the firm’s brand polished and consistent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer, coordinator, or similar role.
• AEC or design industry experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Experience with OpenAsset or other visual asset management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Interest in photography and social media a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce print and digital materials: books, proposals, presentations, project sheets, and award submissions.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Graphic Design Manager, and teams across the firm.
• Create social media graphics and photograph office events.
• Maintain a polished and consistent brand presentation across media.
