Graphic Artist

Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a graphic artist with at least 2-3 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Creative and forward-thinking design, including experience with animation preferred.
• Graphic design of flyers, brochures, mailers, social media posts, annual reports, monthly newsletters, etc.
• Experience in website design using WordPress preferred.
• Updating and maintenance of agency website.
• Production and running print shop.
• Collaborate with team on design direction.

Preferred

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designs or Multimedia with two - three years experience involved in graphic arts.

Requirements

Education

Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in Graphic Designs or Multimedia.

NOTE

Applicants who do not possess an Associate’s degree may substitute a postsecondary certificate of completion of a business or vocational course of study in page layout and/or graphic design software with an emphasis on publishing applications.

Experience

One (1) year of experience in work involving graphic arts.
