Job summary

Husqvarna Construction is hiring a Granulation Operator in Columbia, SC for a first shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm). You will mix metal powders, granulate diamond mixes, and ensure quality by weighing materials and performing checks.

You must follow OSHA and EPA guidelines and operate granulation equipment safely. The role includes working with abrasive materials, lifting up to 40 lbs, and maintaining attention to detail in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Strong basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift, push/pull and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mixing of metal powder/binder/solvent.
• Granulation of diamond mix.
• Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions for process anomalies.
• Pre-coating of diamonds with metal powder/binder/solvent.
• Build-up of diamond coating and screening of coated diamonds.
• Follow OSHA and environmental regulations in granulation.
