Under the direction of the Director in the Office for Strategic Research Development, perform professional level duties related to the development of research grant writing ability and knowledge (“grantsmanship”) across the University of Georgia’s research enterprise. This includes working intensively with individual faculty to develop grant proposals and instruct them in grantsmanship. It also includes developing and delivering grantsmanship workshops and other outreach activities. This position requires experience working closely with academic faculty; knowledge of research grant proposal development; and superior writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
