Job summary

Climate Imperative Foundation is seeking a Grants Officer to join the Grants Team. You will implement and improve grants management policies, processing upwards of 100 grants annually, and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.

You will document policies, develop staff training, review applications and reports, and cross-train to cover daily operations in partnership with CI leadership, Finance, and program staff.

• Implement and improve grants management policies and procedures to process upwards of 100 grants annually for Climate Imperative Foundation.
• Document policies and procedures, develop staff training, and review applications and reports to meet foundation standards and IRS regulations.
• Cross-train on grants management to ensure coverage for daily grant operations, in partnership with CI leadership, Finance, and program staff.
