Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting program operations, grants management, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide program coordination and user support for grants management systems.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and data quality.
• Coordinate with system providers on updates, requirements, and issues.
• Assist with data preparation, validation, and reconciliation for reporting.
• Develop user guidance, SOPs, job aids, communications, and training materials.
• Deliver training and technical assistance to staff and grant recipients on approved systems.
• Support change management by coordinating stakeholders and tracking issues.
• Liaise between staff, grant recipients, and government providers to resolve questions.
• Monitor user feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes and system utilization.
• Ensure compliance with federal information security, privacy, records management, and data governance.
