Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking an Analyst, Operations Specialist SP&F to provide operational support for a portfolio of client relationships. The role leads grantmaking, contract administration, expense reimbursements and other tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations, office support, and client service.
• Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with CRM and comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Grant Management Support: manage grantmaking review processes and track with internal stakeholders.
• Project Risk and Issue Resolution: identify and resolve risks and dependencies.
• Document Preparation: organize and summarize data for reports using office software.
• Project Operational Coordination: track project expenses and connect staff to resources.
• Client Relationship Management: build relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Internal Communications: lead inquiries and support problem-solving.
• Continuous Improvement: review operations and implement improvements.
• Contract Management: develop and administer contracts using templates and systems.
