NEOMED in Rootstown Township, OH, seeks a Sponsored Programs Administrator to assist with proposal preparation, post-award non-financial functions, and grants monitoring in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. The role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with sponsor guidelines, and collaboration with faculty and staff.

Starting salary ranges from $43,662 to $49,836, commensurate with experience, with a hybrid work environment after six months.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent office administration or accounting experience.
• Two years general administrative experience and experience with standard office software packages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proposal preparation guidance to faculty and staff, including budgets and sponsor guidelines; monitor status of proposals.
• Maintain paper and electronic files and enter data into grants management system; assist in reports and metrics.
• Prepare documents for setup of awards and assist with subawards/consulting agreements; monitor compliance and reporting.
