Job summary

You will manage personnel, payroll, budgeting, and operations to support research outcomes. The role involves monitoring financial reports, coordinating with principal investigators, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, supervising staff, and driving process

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Work Experience: Accounting (7 Years), Grants Administration (3 Years).
• Skills: Not Applicable.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in public health, social sciences, finance, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversees post award research administration for the School of Public Health.
• Identifies areas needing improvement and suggests solutions for senior leadership approval.
• Monitors, analyzes, manages and prepares financial reports for faculty portfolios.
• Monitors grant and department accounts in Workday.
• Supervises and trains others in submission of grant and contract proposals.
• May oversee submission and post award activities of research or clinical trials.
• Communicates and administers policies to faculty and staff.
• Maintains personnel records and oversees scheduling and evaluation processes.
