Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in nonprofit development, grant writing, fundraising or program management.
• Demonstrated success researching and managing grant proposals and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with fundraising platforms, donor management tools, and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Track campaign metrics, revenue, and expenses to support informed decisions and efficiency.
• Assist with processing campaign-related vendor invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate participant and volunteer recruitment, coaching, and follow-up for sponsor activations.
• Research funding opportunities and develop, write, and submit grants/proposals.
• Maintain grant calendars, deadlines, budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Support strategic projects from planning through evaluation and delivery.
• Oversee sponsorships, contracting, payments, and activation experiences with stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, donor communications, reports, and presentations.
• Track pipelines, outcomes, and project progress for leadership.
• Maintain sponsor and donor databases and related fundraising files.
• Collaborate to develop short- and long-term special projects with volunteers.
