Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of financial aid experience.
• Experience with PA State Grant and Special Programs.
• Experience with computerized financial aid systems (PowerFaids and Jenzabar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial aid packages based on program eligibility and total award amounts; verify initial and ongoing student eligibility.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal/state regulations affecting aid.
• Manage the Federal Work-Study program.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and institutional policies in awarding aid.
• Assist with reporting requirements for state/institutional grants and scholarships.
• Develop and maintain scholarship website pages and the Scholarship Portal policies.
• Coordinate Scholarship Committee and manage Scholarship Portal operations.
