Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre- and post-award duties for a portfolio of researchers and billing agreements.
• Compile and submit proposals and budgets; set up account structures at award stage.
• Provide regular financial forecasts for PIs; monitor and adjust effort charges.
• Approve applicable transactions; submit sponsor progress reports and renewal applications.
• Close out accounts upon completion.
