Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field; 2+ years in grant writing or related work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading with clear, persuasive communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into well-structured documents.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, databases, and CRM systems for reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals and reporting projects from kickoff through submission to ensure timely, organized grant activities.
• Create high-quality proposals, letters of inquiry, reports, and presentations by gathering program, budget, evaluation, and supporting information.
• Maintain the grants calendar and collaborate with ministry leaders and departments to meet deadlines.
• Manage CRM records, grant files, templates, and archives to support grant operations.
• Coordinate reports, acknowledgments, and briefing materials to foster strong donor relationships.
• Research prospective funders and prepare foundation profiles to support cultivation and strategy.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials for grant-related meetings.
