Job summary

World Concern, a CRISTA Ministries partner, seeks a Grants Coordinator to manage proposal development, reporting, and donor communications across multiple countries. You will edit proposals, compile documentation, and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.

You will maintain grants calendars, track milestones, support partner planning, and coordinate among grant-writing colleagues. Travel may be required to support field offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international development or related field.
• Experience coordinating grants and proposal development for NGOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant proposals and donor reports with multiple teams.
• Edit and format grant documents for submission.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain grant records and donor information.
• Support partner countries and donor communications.
• Travel as needed.
