Chimes International, Ltd. is seeking a Grants Coordinator to manage grant operations across the full lifecycle. You will identify opportunities, draft proposals, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely reporting, with attention to accuracy and funder requirements.

You'll collaborate across teams to gather information, write compelling proposals, monitor funded projects, and close grants with proper final reports and acknowledgments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Preferred experience in grant writing and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and online research tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify grant opportunities through comprehensive research.
• Evaluate opportunities against mission and projects.
• Track grants from submission to collection.
• Coordinate with departments to gather information for proposals.
• Write compelling grant proposals and revise for accuracy.
• Submit proposals by deadlines and provide requested information.
• Manage responses to grants (awards or rejections).
• Coordinate implementation of grant-funded projects if awarded.
• Monitor progress and prepare accurate grant reports on time.
