Qualifications

  • Knowledge of business operations and international trade is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee statewide Indiana’s IN-STEP grant program and related initiatives.
  • Coordinate efforts with ISBDC to drive program success.
  • Manage budgets, review applications, and compile required reports for federal compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional partners to support program goals.
  • Plan and lead webinars, events, and outreach activities to increase program visibility.
  • Provide briefings to leadership and support grantee reimbursement processes.
  • Track program data and collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
