Your work ensures compliance with federal and state requirements while supporting efficient operations. Ideal candidates bring extensive program knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple agencies and subrecipients.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of program rules and regulations.
• Ability to develop and implement new policies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience in grants management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish program objectives, KPIs, and actions.
• Develop and monitor policies and procedures.
• Interpret policies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze monthly and annual program reports.
• Review budgets and provide financial recommendations.
• Coordinate training and communications.
• Serve as liaison between agencies.
