Job summary

CommUnityCare seeks a Grants Manager to oversee the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding and related sexual health prevention grants. You will supervise a team, liaise with funders, and coordinate reporting across multiple departments to ensure compliance and performance goals are met.

The role requires 3+ years of grants management experience, deep knowledge of grant regulations, and strong collaboration with program, finance, and leadership teams to sustain funding and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Public Policy, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of grants management experience in nonprofit or governmental organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local grant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding and supervises specialists supporting sexual health prevention funding; liaises with funding partners.
• Represent the organization in funder calls, audits, site visits, and strategic partnership engagements.
• Manage and coordinate reporting of performance data to funding sources and external partners; ensure timely submission of reports.
