Job summary

CommUnityCare seeks a Sr. Manager, Grants to lead the organization’s grants portfolio, focusing on HRSA Health Center funding and operating support. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive reporting accuracy across multiple service lines.

You will supervise a grants administration team and collaborate with Finance, Project Management, BI, and program staff to maximize grant opportunities and ensure funding continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5 years of cross-functional grants or programs experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HRSA Health Center program funding.
• Oversee grants management team including grants manager, specialists and coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with grant regulations and timely reporting.
• Build relationships with funders and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor grant budgets and alignment of expenses with reporting requirements.
