Northeast Business Group on Health is seeking a Manager of Programs and Grants to oversee implementation and reporting for grant-funded initiatives. You will ensure compliance, support program design, and track outcomes across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating with partners, and preparing grant reports with narrative and data analysis. A background in public health or nonprofit management is preferred, with 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in public health/nonprofit management preferred.
• 2–4 years of grant coordination or program management experience.
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience with data tracking and evaluation tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of grant-funded initiatives and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics for funders.
• Prepare interim and final grant reports with narratives and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, budgets, and deadlines.
• Support design and execution of programs, workshops, and activities.
• Conduct research on best practices and evidence-based approaches.
• Assist in developing content and resources for participants.
• Support funder and partner relationships and meeting preparation.
• Participate in meetings, calls, and presentations related to grant activities.
• Support communication with participants, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Use Salesforce or similar systems to track participation and outcomes.
• Collect and synthesize data to inform program improvements.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and measurement strategies.
