Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Community Development, Accounting or closely related field required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in program administration and/or evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and evaluates assigned staff and develops work schedules.
• Plans and implements the County’s annual Human Services grant cycle and oversees RFPs and grant selections.
• Monitors programs on macro and micro levels for compliance and performance.
• Develops performance measures and reports for departmental programs.
• Coordinates liaison with partner agencies and sub-recipients.
• Assists with budget development and financial/expenditure monitoring.
