CareQuest Institute for Oral Health is seeking a Grants and Program Officer to coordinate, manage, and execute activities across the grantmaking portfolio, including engagement with OPEN. The role will implement the current grants strategy and plan new engagement activities.

You will manage a portfolio of community- and state-based grantees, support annual goals, and ensure effective progress reviews. A background in public health or healthcare administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years of grants and programs management/nonprofit experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presentations and facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Provide program support to CareQuest’s grantees and program partners.
• Manage a grants portfolio of community- and state-based partners.
• Assist in developing and executing the annual program goals and objectives.
• Balance the programmatic demands and maximize outcomes.
• Support grantees through Fluxx workflow and portfolio management.
• Measure outcomes, evaluation, and impact reporting.
