Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Grants & Programs Officer based in the United States to support grantmaking initiatives focused on advancing oral health and community outcomes. You will work with community partners, state-level organizations, and other stakeholders across the grant lifecycle, from proposal development to progress reviews and future funding planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating grant activities, evaluating impact, and disseminating insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of grants management, program management, or nonprofit experience.
• Experience coordinating grant portfolios and supporting proposal development.
• Ability to monitor progress, assess partner needs, and plan future funding.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of community-based and state-level partners to align with program objectives.
• Provide ongoing program support to grantees and partners with regular communication.
• Contribute to annual program goals, objectives, and engagement activities.
• Review grant progress with grantees and plan future opportunities.
• Assist grantees with entering proposals into Fluxx and manage workflow.
