Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in administrative staff or professional work.
• Selective qualification: two and a half years of grant administration/monitoring grants.
• Substitutions allowed: college credit hours for experience; degrees with experience; military service may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grants Team Leader with federally funded grant programs and monitoring to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and guide project scope, content, and budgets.
• Review project applications to make funding recommendations to MPOs and Grants Selection Committee; maintain comprehensive project information database.
• Conduct on-site inspections for oversight of project implementation and ensure timely dissemination of updated information.
