Qualifications

• Nine years of experience in grant evaluation and monitoring or budget preparation, presentation and execution.
• Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience (alternative).
• Graduate education in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, political science or public administration (alternative).
• Working knowledge of Answers and/or WebFOCUS and familiarity with FMIS and RSTARS.
• Experience providing grants administration support for federal grant awards.
• Experience billing, monitoring and reporting on federal grant expenditures.
