Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks, projects, or priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practices while coordinating projects, initiatives, grants, and program activities.
• Lead project activities, including planning, organizing, developing processes, and execution.
• Collaborate with staff and management to plan, promote, implement, and monitor project activities and benchmarks.
• Provide operational and administrative support to program offices and project teams.
• Monitor progress toward goals using databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare and submit routine project reports and performance updates.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, events, and activities associated with projects.
• Promote communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in staff and project meetings, trainings, and organizational activities.
• Ensure activities align with policies, program requirements, and grant guidelines.
• Deliver executive-level reports and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply project management principles to plan, track, and drive projects to completion.
