Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to present financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial and grant analysis reports to support decision-making and compliance oversight.
• Review award notices and grant agreements for funding levels and periods of performance.
• Prepare and submit federal financial reports (e.g., CB-496, SF-425) in accordance with terms and deadlines.
• Ensure expenditures and obligations reconcile to the Department’s accounting system and approved budgets.
