  • Bachelor’s degree; 5–7 years Federal grants or related policy experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in Federal grants, cooperative agreements, or related policy roles.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor regulatory changes and translate into NASA grant policy and guidance.
  • Interpret and apply GCAP; map regulations to grant lifecycle workflows.
  • Analyze grants programs to identify gaps and improvements.
  • Review NOFOs for compliance and advise program staff.
  • Plan data calls, prepare reports, and develop dashboards.
  • Design and deliver training on grants lifecycle and compliance.
