Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Grants Program Analyst to support NASA’s procurement and grants operations, located in Washington, DC. You will monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impact on grants and cooperative agreements, and translate guidance for the agency's lifecycle processes.

The role requires strong policy interpretation, data-driven decision support, and the ability to develop training materials and communications for stakeholders across Mission Directorates, Centers, and HQ offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant grants experience.
  • Experience in Federal grants/cooperative agreements and policy.
  • Knowledge of Title 2 CFR and OMB memoranda is preferred.
  • GCAP familiarity and ability to map regulations to grant lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor government-wide policy changes and assess relevance to NASA grants.
  • Translate regulatory changes into actionable NASA policy and lifecycle practices.
  • Develop adoption recommendations, FAQs, and briefing memos.
  • Provide clear interpretations of Federal grant policies across stakeholders.
  • Maintain GCAP mastery and align tools/workflows with the grant lifecycle.
  • Create reference guides, checklists, and job aids.
  • Plan data calls and develop dashboards to illuminate trends and risks.
