Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international development, public policy, communications, or related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
• 5+ years of professional experience in grants coordination, proposal development for (I)NGOs or nonprofits, and supporting implementing partners.
• Experience working cross-culturally with diverse program teams and international field offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant proposals and reports to ensure timely submissions.
• Edit grant proposals and donor reports for quality and compliance.
• Track calendars, milestones, and deliverables across grants.
• Support relationship building with partner countries and donors.
