Job description

The Grants & Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for identifying, securing, and stewarding institutional funding while coordinating the collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting of organizational outcomes. This position manages the full grant lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal development, grant submissions, award administration, compliance, reporting, and renewals. The position also supports the organization's ability to measure program effectiveness, demonstrate community impact, and communicate meaningful results to funders and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Mission Advancement, the Grants & Outcomes Coordinator works collaboratively with program leadership, finance, and other staff to develop competitive funding proposals, establish measurable grant objectives, maintain accurate outcomes data, and ensure timely fulfillment of grant requirements. This position plays an important role in strengthening organizational accountability, supporting data-informed decision-making, and expanding the financial resources necessary to advance Ransomed Life's mission.
