Ransomed Life in Texas seeks a Grants & Outcomes Coordinator to drive grant development and manage reporting. Reporting to the Director of Mission Advancement, you'll secure institutional funding, coordinate budgets, and ensure compliance.

This role blends research, writing, and data analysis to translate outcomes into compelling funder narratives. Ideal candidate has three+ years in grant work, a bachelor's degree, strong writing, Excel proficiency, and a trauma-informed approach to serving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in grant writing, grant administration, or nonprofit development.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and analytics.
• Experience with grant proposals, tracking, and post-award reporting.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program outcomes.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with government grant reporting preferred.
• Commitment to Ransomed Life's mission and trauma-informed approach to serving survivors.

Responsabilités

• Grant Development & Management: Research and identify funding opportunities; Develop compelling proposals; Manage submissions and deadlines; Maintain grant calendar and pipeline; Coordinate budgets and reporting.
• Outcomes Measurement & Reporting: Establish measurable goals and indicators; Track and analyze outcomes data; Prepare impact reports and data-driven narratives; Improve data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Collaboration & Funder Relations: Coordinate with Client Services, Prevention Education, Finance, and Mission Advancement; Support government grant reporting; Coordinate funder communications and renewals.
