Job summary

The Grants & Operations Associate at Samuel S. Fels Fund will oversee daily operations and the grants management system to keep the foundation running smoothly.

This role handles vendor relations, accounts payable, grants management, and serves as information lead for grants both internally and publicly. Responsibilities include preparing grant docket materials, managing the online application process, maintaining Blackbaud Grantmaking data, coordinating staff calendars, and updating the website

Qualifications

• Experience with grants administration processes and vendor management.
• Familiarity with online grant application systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants administration and prepare docket materials for Board review.
• Manage grants lifecycle from inquiry through Board decision and reporting.
• Maintain data in Blackbaud Grantmaking and ensure data integrity.
