Qualifications

• Knowledge of grants laws, regulations and guidelines (e.g., CFR, OMB Circulars).
• Ability to access, collect, analyze, maintain and disseminate data.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing information and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Track and meticulously process invoices for payment with funding codes for grant payments.
• Manage Drupal uploads for the Operations section and ensure 508 compliance.
• Schedule training for grant recipients, reserve locations, prepare materials, and host trainings.
• Create and maintain forms for the operations section and assist other sections as needed.
