Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of grant administration, financial management, or research administration experience.
• Experience administering grants, sponsored awards, or externally funded activities with budgeting and compliance.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and multi-account reconciliation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and administrative aspects of grants and sponsored awards across the award lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, commitments, funding availability, and periods of performance with project teams.
• Prepare regular financial reports for project teams and Brinson Hub leadership reflecting expenditures and balances.
• Develop financial tools and reporting processes to improve efficiency and cross-institutional coordination.
