Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Non-profit/philanthropy experience is a plus, but a genuine interest is needed.
• Excellent Mac and MS Office 365 skills; strong Excel reporting abilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to interact with colleagues in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support grant cycle fiscal reviews, charity checks, award packets, and monitoring reports.
• Review grant documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to staff and grantees related to Fluxx.
• Assist data collection and reporting for grant evaluation and memos.
• Maintain and reconcile data across Fluxx and Yardi; report variances as needed.
• Support in-kind values and leasing processes for foundation operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations with attention to detail.
