The Sobrato Organization is seeking a Grants Associate to support grant applications, compliance, reporting, and disbursements in Silicon Valley. The role demands meticulous data management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Non-profit/philanthropy experience is a plus, but a genuine interest is needed.
• Excellent Mac and MS Office 365 skills; strong Excel reporting abilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to interact with colleagues in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Support grant cycle fiscal reviews, charity checks, award packets, and monitoring reports.
• Review grant documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to staff and grantees related to Fluxx.
• Assist data collection and reporting for grant evaluation and memos.
• Maintain and reconcile data across Fluxx and Yardi; report variances as needed.
• Support in-kind values and leasing processes for foundation operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations with attention to detail.
