The role involves owning the Grants workstream, mentoring consultants, and collaborating with clients, Engagement Managers, and data teams to ensure successful go‑live and long‑term success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
4+ years in grants/financial consulting or grants operations in Higher Education.
Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Design and configure Workday Grants Management solutions.
Lead client engagements and document business requirements.
Coordinate data conversions, integrations, and testing.
Mentor junior consultants within the grants practice.
Partner with Engagement Manager to manage project status and risks.
