Workday, Inc. in the USA is seeking an experienced Grants Management Consultant to support Higher Education implementations. You will design, configure, and deploy Workday Grants Management solutions for accurate, long‑term success and partner with clients and teams to move projects forward.

Open to Senior or Principal level, you will mentor others, manage stakeholders, and travel up to 50% to client sites and engage in design through testing milestones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Grants or Financial consulting experience
• Experience with Workday, Lawson, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications
• Experience with Grants Management and related accounting areas

• Design and configure Workday Grants Management solutions
• Partner with customers to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements
• Configure Workday Grants Management to align with customer needs
• Document solution decisions clearly for long‑term support
• Support data conversion, integrations, and testing
