Workday, Inc. seeks a seasoned Grants Management Consultant to support Higher Education implementations. You will design, configure, and deploy Workday Grants Management solutions built for accuracy and long-term success, translating business requirements into practical solutions.

Work closely with clients, project teams, and Engagement Managers to progress implementations with clarity and quality, mentoring others and contributing to ongoing knowledge sharing within the practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Grants or Financial consulting experience
• Experience with Workday, Lawson, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
• Experience with Grants Management solutions in Higher Education

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday Grants Management solutions
• Partner with customers to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements
• Configure Workday Grants Management to align with customer needs
• Document solution decisions clearly for ongoing support
• Support data conversion, integrations, and testing
• Transfer system knowledge to customer teams for adoption, confidence, and long-term success
