Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee the grant application process across federal, state, and local funding sources.

The role coordinates writing, editing and submission of proposals, reports, and related documents, while managing an interdepartmental grants team. You will maintain an application calendar, research funding opportunities, and ensure timely, accurate data and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in education, public health, social work or related area preferred.
• BA/BS with 2+ years of program planning, implementation and evaluation may substitute for a Masters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate submission of funding applications to public and private entities at federal, state, and local levels.
• Lead or assist in writing, editing, and proofreading grant narratives and reports.
• Manage a grants application calendar across multiple program areas.
• Research funding entities to meet agency program, patient service and capital funding needs.
• Collaborate with grant writing team to ensure timely completion of submissions.
• Track submissions and follow up to determine outcomes.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports on grant writing activities.
