Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Federal grants policy and procedural experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel. Knowledge of Access helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pre-award: keep investigators apprised of proposal due dates and prepare budgets using standardized templates; build proposals, mainly in PennERA.
• Post-award: manage assigned portfolios, track subawards, monitor salary allocations, and provide regular reports and guidance to PIs.
• Act as liaison between faculty and internal/external contacts and supervise support staff as needed.
• Attend regular remote meetings to review accounts and division business.
