Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with program staff to enhance reporting, analytics, and process efficiency while stewarding day-to-day office operations and coordinating in‑office events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of grants awarded by the Fund.
• Strengthen the foundation’s grants management systems and processes.
• Enhance functionality, reporting capacity, and analytical use of the grants management system.
• Support grantmaking activities and administer grants.
• Coordinate in-office activities and events to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
