Job summary

St. Joseph’s Center is seeking a Grants Manager to lead our grant work from start to finish—identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring rigorous management of every award.

You’ll collaborate with program leaders, Finance, and community partners to turn our programs’ impact into fundable proposals, monitor outcomes and budgets, and report on progress to Administration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, public admin, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in grant writing, grant management and fund development.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with budgeting understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with grant management software and Grants.gov/SAM.gov.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate funding opportunities matching needs.
• Prepare complete grant applications with narratives, outcomes, budgets.
• Manage full grant lifecycle using grants management software.
• Monitor grant spending and program progress; ensure compliance and report modifications.
• Build relationships with funders and partners; secure letters of support.
• Develop procedures; advise program managers; report on grants pipeline and outcomes.
