Job summary

Israel Policy Forum is seeking a Grants Manager to support institutional fundraising and prospect development. Reporting to the Chief Growth and Organizational Strategy Officer, you will manage grants calendars, draft proposals, and coordinate reporting with program and finance staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in grant writing or nonprofit fundraising, strong writing and project-management skills, and experience with donor research and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in grant writing, institutional fundraising, nonprofit development, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience conducting donor and foundation prospect research.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling grant proposals, inquiries, renewals, and reports.
• Coordinate with program staff to gather metrics, budgets, and impact data.
• Translate program work into fundraising narratives for funders.
• Maintain grants calendar, deadlines, and reporting schedules.
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship materials.
