Job summary

Israel Policy Forum seeks a highly organized Grants Manager to support institutional fundraising and prospect development efforts. Reporting to the CGOSO, the GM will identify funding opportunities, develop compelling grant proposals and reports, conduct prospect research, manage deadlines, and support foundation and donor stewardship.

The GM will work closely with the Director of Development Operations and the Director of Leadership Giving to strengthen fundraising systems and advance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in grant writing, institutional fundraising, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with donor and foundation prospect research.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft grant letters, proposals, renewals, and reports.
• Gather information, metrics, budgets, and impact data for materials.
• Translate policy and program work into persuasive fundraising narratives.
• Maintain grant calendars, deadlines, and ensure compliance.
• Support stewardship, donor communications, and reporting.
