LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to oversee a nationwide portfolio of grants in a fully remote role. You will drive proposals, oversee lifecycle from submission to closeout, and coordinate with program and finance teams to ensure compliant reporting and impact.

The role requires 4+ years in grants management, strong writing skills, and proficiency with tools like Asana, Sage, and Microsoft Office.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or grant-related certifications are a plus.
  • 4+ years of grant management, grant writing, fundraising, development, or nonprofit administration experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple grants simultaneously from proposal through closeout.
  • Strong understanding of grant compliance, reporting, budget management, and stewardship practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and reports.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance and program staff.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and grants/project management systems such as Asana, Sage, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15-20 active grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and organizational policies.
  • Monitor grant performance, deliverables, reporting deadlines, and budget utilization.
  • Prepare interim and final reports, including programmatic outcomes and financial data.
  • Maintain accurate grant records, funding calendars, reporting schedules, and funder databases.
  • Conduct prospect research and identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective funders through ongoing stewardship and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure grant requirements, budget restrictions, and compliance obligations are met.
  • Develop internal grant pipeline reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.
  • Lead the planning and distribution of a monthly external newsletter highlighting organizational initiatives, milestones, and funding impact.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, events, and professional development opportunities as needed.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Grants Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of grants, drive funding opportunities, and support mission-focused initiatives that create meaningful change nationwide. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the continental United States while collaborating with a dynamic, mission-driven team. Hourly pay will range between $28-$38 per hour based on experience.

Position Overview

The Grants Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grants, including proposal development, budget preparation, submission, compliance oversight, reporting, and funder stewardship.
